I was wondering if you would be interested in adding my TF2 map to the map rotation for your custom map server. It's not completely finished but it's almost there and it needs playtesting. It's a combination of CTF and CP gameplay. The enemy control point has to be captured in order to unlock their intelligence room. Once the flag is captured or the point is captured back by the defensive team, the doors close again. I hope you like it, add my steam ID to friends and I'll send you the BSP.

Ok firstly let me start by saying yes we'd be happy to play test your new map!
But and im going to be constructive here and I know you are most probably waiting for this!
1st the textures/brushes look weak from the pics but tbh some of the best played maps often do, so im not going to hold any grudge on that.
2nd And this is where point 1 comes to mind, as a public map people like fluid easily progressive maps, only to be stopped by the opposition, so having a cap point befor the intel is going to crush some, we tried a map called powerhouse which has a similiar theme, with a single control point befor capturing the intel, it was ok but no one was a great fan of it.

So Lets put the map to test try it out see how it plays, put the astetical problems to one side, those you can sort at any point as long as they dont choke the map its no biggey, from there we can give any correct constructive criticism if needed.

My gut instinct tho would be to make it a cp map, to many map makers are making cft maps and tbh they get boring, a good welll laid out cp map is worth its weight in gold, im no exspert on this but I know what maps people like as I run the servers so i hope this has helpful in some way.

Add me to steamfriends or just pm me on sim and we can sort out a test run :)

Ps stick to tf2 textures nobody wants to download a 50 meg map for a few trees when it can be 5 meg with out them!

Yeah might want to pick out the tree's in the middle as the custom prefabs will mean bigger filesize & the tree's themselves with be an fps hit.
